When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. That is all — we do not ask for anything we do not need to quote your job.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a specification and quote, and to contact you about that project. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the company.
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to the project. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
